Welcome to the MENSA Questionnaire.

This small cryptic puzzle has been making its way around the internet lately in the form of a spreadsheet.  To make it a little more wide-spread and a bit more fun, I've created this Web site.  Here you'll find the original 33 question Mensa test, as well as an Alixtended version with some new puzzles.

It looks like you're new here.  In that case, let me explain some of how this works.  You'll soon be presented with some cryptic clues which you need to solve.  The answers must be in the correct spacing and spelling to be accepted.  Press Enter after typing your answer in, and the word TRUE or FALSE will appear to the right of the answer (after a couple of seconds).

  • The questionnaire pages will take up to a minute to load due to the silly way I have designed it.
  • This questionnaire may or may not work in the Opera Web browser.
  • After 4 weeks, your cookie will be eaten, and all your answers will be forgotten.
  • If you know of any copyrights on this questionnaire, please let me know as I wasn't aware of any.
  • Please do not spoil it for others by supplying answers or links to answers on public chat rooms and forums.
  • You can e-mail me at andymensa at secret.com.au if you're having any problems with the site.
  • I won't give out hints or answers to the puzzles, sorry.
  • The Time Taken is the time between when you first came here and entered your name in the High Scores.
  • If you re-enter your name later, the time taken will increase.
  • You can update your score as often as you like.  Only the last update will be recorded.

  • I won't believe you got 33 on MENSA unless you get all 20 on Alixtended 1 :)
